Exposed Fastener Panels

The Eagle Pro panel is our most popular and probably the most common design you’ll see while out on the road, if you observe commercial and agricultural buildings.  These panels can be used for both siding and roofing of a building.  Eagle Pro used as roofing is categorized as  “exposed fastener,”  where there are coated rubber washer screws that penetrate the roofing panels.  Scroll down for Hidden Fastener Panel information.

Standing Seam / Concealed Fastener Panels

Used primarily for metal roofing, the Concord and Lexington panels offer different panel widths, and two seam heights.  For a lower profile, there’s a 1″ tall seam option, and there’s also a taller one, measuring 1.5.”  There are two different types of fastening systems; direct screw down, and a hidden clip system.  The options will vary for what you need depending on length of your roof, and look you desire.  To learn more about Standing Seam (Hidden Fastener) Roofing, please visit the manufacturer’s website:  AllAmericanSteel.net.  The panels used all have a “Crinkle” finish, which has a textured feel that shimmers brilliantly in sunlight and may change its look depending on your line of sight and the angle of the sun.  Scroll down to see our six colors of standing seam panels.

4. Warranty: 40-year warranty on the Weather XL Finish
5. Low Maintenance & Durable

Good for the Environment and Your Wallet

Metal is one of the most energy efficient roofing materials available and can save your home up to 40% in energy costs and provide excellent insulation during the winter. The secret to metal roofing’s energy savings is in its variety of finishes. The basic, unpainted metal roof will reflect more solar radiation than an asphalt roof, which absorbs and holds heat. For homes in warmer climates, pre-painted or granular coated metal roofing systems reflect solar energy and cool your home by re-emitting most of what solar radiation is absorbed. A highly reflective and highly emissive painted or granular-coated metal roof is optimal for reducing energy consumption and can actually re-emit up to 90% of absorbed solar radiation.
